Shiitake Brown Rice

This 2-ingredient Shiitake Brown Rice makes for an easy side dish packed with umami flavor.

Mushrooms are both delicious and nutritious. So much so, I recommend my students and clients to add in them to their plate on a regular basis.

I recently shared this recipe, along with the incredible benefits of mushrooms on The Doctors, on CBS, but in the mean time, check out my full write up on the benefits of mushrooms.
