Diary of A Health Coach: March 2017


I often get asked what my life looks like since becoming a Health Coach, so each month, I dedicate a post to what my schedule actually looks like behind the scenes. March highlights include a wedding in India and a trip to LA to sample the healthiest foods.

Visiting India

The month kicked off in India, where I flew to attend a wedding. Indian weddings are by far the most fun, colorful weddings I have ever been to. I mean look at all the colors here!

In India, the groom comes in on a white horse, and you can tie good luck charms to the bridle.

This was the reception, the final of 5 different events over three days. I was exhausted after all the festivities…these guys don’t sleep!

Natural Products Expo LA

After returning to New York, I soon left for LA to attend the Natural Products Expo, which is essentially Disney World for healthy people. It’s a trade show where all of the organic and natural food brands exhibit their products for grocery stores to buy. I went to check out the latest real food products, as I’m always looking for good brands to recommend. It was a lot of fun, but exhausting!

The best part of the week, though, was getting to hang with my fellow health foodies Liana and Sahara.

After leaving the LA sunshine, it was back to New York.

Clear Skin Plan

I was invited to speak at a Sacred Beauty Collective event, all about eating for beauty, one of my absolute favorite topics. It was so nice to connect with the audience and answer their questions. It’s events like these that are so satisfying and remind me why I do what I do.
