  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until a uniform thick and creamy consistency is reached. If you’d prefer a thinner smoothie, you can add a little more water as needed, about a tablespoon or two at a time.

Recipe Notes

*Peel a banana, break it in half, and put in a ziploc bag in the freezer at least overnight, or up to a few weeks to make your smoothie extra creamy and delicious.
