"I'm 100% more confident in myself because I know I’m actively taking care of my body. I look in the mirror and have really started to love what I see. In all my 28 years, I’ve never been able to do that, even in my “skinnier” days. I feel like I understand my body better, and what it needs, and I can finally combat my cravings. I’m now better at meal planning, feel creative in the kitchen, and look and feel my best. I lost 1 pant size, have clearer skin (with less dark circles!), no digestive issues any longer (which were part of my daily life, before), and overall, I am really proud of myself and how far I’ve come in such a short time."
