About The Program

EatSLIM is a 10 week online video course and coaching program that will teach you how to develop healthy eating habits that stick.

You’ll lose weight, improve your digestion, get rid of sugar cravings, feel more confident in the kitchen, and all around feel better in your body. 

Each week you’ll get access to a series of short videos and workbook content that will help you discover the best diet for your unique body. (30 minutes total per week, max). There are live group Q+A calls throughout the program, and 24/7 access to the community Facebook group. For added support, you have the option to add on a one-on-one session with Maria at the beginning of the course, who will go over your food diary and health history, to set you up for maximum success. 

About Your Guide
