Pitaya, or dragon fruit as it’s also called, is a tropical fruit that has bright pink flesh. While hard to find fresh in the states, you can often find it frozen in health food stores. It turns whatever you mix it with bright pink, so it’s a super fun (and nutritious) way to brighten up your breakfast bowl.

- 2 packs Pitaya Plus Pitaya
- 3 Tbsp. Nutiva Hemp Seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Nutiva Chia Seeds
- ½ cup coconut water
- 1 cup Organic Girl Butter Lettuce
- ½ cup frozen raspberries organic
- ½ banana frozen
- 1 Tbsp. Nutiva coconut manna
- ½ tsp. maca powder
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Toppings (Choose 3 favorites) |
- Place all superfood smoothie bowl ingredients in a blender, and blend on high until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Top with your favorite toppings.
