Real Food [reel food] noun: Any nourishing substance that originates from Mother Nature, not a factory, and is taken into the body to promote health, provide energy, and sustain life.
Real Foodie [reel foo-dee] noun: A person who eats Real Food. His or her diet is made up of whole or minimally processed vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, legumes, and whole grains, with optionally small amounts of organic eggs, meat, and wild fish.
Everyone on this planet is entitled to real food.
We don’t believe in labels like Paleo, vegan, vegetarian…we just believe in eating real food as often as humanely possible. Labels separate us and often lead to judgment.
No one is perfect. We won’t judge you if you fall off track, but we also won’t let you throw in the towel. We’re all in this together, and want everyone to succeed.
Real Food is not boring, bland, or deprivational, it’s exciting, delicious, and satisfying.
One can only achieve so much on their own, but with the motivation, support, and accountability of a community, the results are limitless.
