- Baby Kale
- Red onion, diced
- Kalamata Olives, pitted
- Radishes, sliced
- Raw Pumpkin Seeds
- Raw Sunflower Seeds
- Hemp Seeds
- 2 tbs. tahini
- 3 tbs. water
- 1/4 inch piece peeled ginger, minced (optional)
- Juice of half a lemon
- Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients with a fork, or if you have a bullet blender, you can blend in there.
- Pour over salad, mix well, and savor every bite!
